How many photos do I need?
One clear front-facing face photo per person is enough. A side view and a full-body/outfit photo help us get details right.
Can you make a couple or family statue from separate photos?
Yes. Send a clear face photo of each person, plus a photo of the pose you want, if you have one. Families of 3–8 can order online. Bigger groups, use Bulk Orders.
How long does delivery take?
Proof in 24 hours. After you approve, we print and finish in about 3 days, then ship. Most PIN codes get delivery in 7–10 days from ordering. Enter your PIN on the order page to see your exact date.
Will it reach in time for a birthday or special occasion?

What's the difference between the finishes?
Matte and Glossy White are single-colour sculptures. Hand Painted is painted by hand in full colour to match your photo, and it's the one most people gift.
What is it made of? Is it fragile?
3D-printed PLA, a sturdy plastic, then finished by hand. It's a display piece. Don't drop it, but it won't shatter like ceramic.
What if I don't like the proof?
Ask for changes, with 2 revisions included. If you're still not happy before we print, we'll work with you to get it right.
Is cash on delivery available?
No. Every statue is custom-made from your photo, so we take prepaid orders only, securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking).
What if it arrives damaged?
Email us photos of the product and outer packaging within 48 hours of delivery and we will remake it free.

How much does a custom 3D statue cost in India?
Your price depends on the number of people, finished height and finish. Select Single, Couple or Family; 10 cm, 15 cm or 20 cm; and Matte White, Glossy White or Hand Painted to see the exact price before checkout.
What sizes are available for custom 3D figurines?
You can select 10 cm, 15 cm or 20 cm total height, including the base. Larger figures generally provide more physical room for details but do not guarantee an exact photographic likeness.
Is delivery free across India?
Standard delivery is included for supported Indian destinations. The estimated delivery date is shown during ordering based on the delivery PIN code and the custom production workflow.
Can I buy a customised 3D statue online?
Yes. Configure the miniature, upload your reference photos, and complete prepaid checkout online. You will review the 3D design before production.
Couples, families and personalised gifting
Can I make a couple statue using two separate photos?
Yes. Provide a clear face reference for each person. You can also share one photograph showing the intended joint pose or matching outfit. The proof stage lets you review both people.
Can I turn a family photograph into one 3D miniature?
Yes. Choose Family for three or more people. The standard online configurator supports three to eight people; clearer individual face photographs are helpful even when you have a group picture.
Can I order a personalised 3D statue as a birthday, wedding or anniversary gift?
Yes. Choose a single-person, couple or family design based on the recipient and the occasion. Use meaningful photos as references, and check the delivery estimate before relying on a specific gifting date.
Are bulk custom 3D miniature orders possible?
Yes. Enquiries for ten or more personalised pieces are handled through a bulk quotation. Individual pieces can use different reference photos; pricing and approval are coordinated separately.
Proof approval, production and delivery
Can I see my custom 3D model before printing?
Yes. A detailed digital 3D proof is shared after payment. Two design revisions are included within the original order brief, and production follows the approval process.
Can I ask for changes to the 3D proof?
Yes. Two revisions within the original brief are included. Requests must be submitted during the active 24-hour review window for the proof; a revised proof starts a new review window.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Orders are prepaid because design work is specific to the supplied photographs. Checkout collects payment before the first detailed proof is prepared.
Can I cancel my custom statue order?
A full refund is available before design work begins. Once custom design starts, the custom-design portion becomes non-refundable. Further restrictions apply after the first proof, subject to applicable law and the published terms. Custom items have no change-of-mind returns.
Are my uploaded reference photos used in advertising?
No. Customer photos, design proofs and finished results are not used in marketing without explicit permission. The privacy policy explains how order imagery is processed and retained.
