Order terms
The key terms for custom orders, approvals, cancellations, delivery and remakes.
Design & revisions
Two design revisions are included before approval. Revision requests must be submitted within the active 24-hour proof-review window and stay within the original order brief. Changes requested after approval, including deemed approval after the review window expires, may require a paid redesign or restart.
Cancellation
A full refund is available if cancellation is requested before design work begins. Once custom design work starts, the custom-design portion becomes non-refundable. After the first detailed proof is delivered, cancellation or refund is not offered except where required by law or where we fail to deliver the agreed product.
Proof & approval window
We aim to share the first detailed 3D proof within 24 hours after payment. You have 24 hours from the time a proof is shared to approve it or request a revision. If no response is received within that 24-hour window, the proof is treated as approved and production may begin. If you request a revision within the window, approval is paused; when the revised proof is shared, a fresh 24-hour review window begins. Approving a proof, whether expressly or by expiry of the review window without a response, authorises production of that version.
Delivery
Shipping is free across India. The delivery date shown before payment is an estimate unless a guaranteed service is explicitly offered.
Remakes & damage
Material differences from the approved proof and qualifying transit damage are handled under the Remake & Damage Policy and the Refund Policy.
