From upload to a physical miniature

First, upload your photo. One clear, well-lit, front-facing face image per person is enough to start. A full-body or outfit photo helps with clothing. A side view helps with the nose, ears and hairstyle. Distant group shots, heavy filters and strong shadows hide the details a sculptor needs, so add a closer picture whenever the favourite memory photo is small in the frame.

Second, you receive a 3D proof within 24 hours of prepaid checkout. The proof is a private link to the digital model, not a generic catalogue mock-up. If the face, hair, outfit or pose looks off, ask for a change. Two revisions are included within the original brief. Extra changes beyond that brief may need a separate redesign.

Third, we print only after approval. Production does not start on an unreviewed design. You have 24 hours from each proof being shared to approve it or request a revision. If there is no response in that window, the published order terms treat the proof as approved. A revision requested inside the window pauses approval and starts a fresh review when the updated proof is shared.

Fourth, the approved model is printed in PLA, then hand-finished. Matte and glossy pieces stay monochrome. Hand Painted pieces are painted by hand in full colour. Every piece is quality-checked before packing. Fifth, delivery is free across supported Indian destinations. After approval, printing and finishing typically take a few days, then the courier takes over. Most PIN codes see the parcel in about 7–10 days from the original order. Enter your PIN on the create page for the estimate that applies to your address. That date is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival.

Which photographs work for a custom bobblehead

Choose a picture where the face is large, sharp and evenly lit. Sunglasses, a hat that hides hair, or a face turned away from the camera all remove information. If the best memory photo is older or slightly soft, add a clearer recent close-up of the same person and tell us which image is for likeness and which is for outfit or pose.

Couples and families do not need one perfect group picture. Send a clear face photo of each person, plus one image of the pose or clothing you want if you have it.
