The process, including old family photographs

Upload at least one clear front-facing photo per person. A side view helps with the nose, chin and hairstyle. If mummy and papa should wear a particular outfit, add a full-length picture of that clothing. Tell us which photo is for the face and which is for the clothes when they come from different years.

After prepaid checkout we share a 3D proof within 24 hours. This is the moment to check both likenesses. Two design changes are included within the original brief. If papa’s hairline or mummy’s glasses look wrong, say so on the proof. We print only after you approve. You have 24 hours from each proof being shared to approve it or request a revision. No response in that window is treated as approval under the published order terms.

The approved model is printed in PLA and hand-finished. Matte White and Glossy White are sculptural and monochrome — a clean look if you want the faces to read without colour. Hand Painted is acrylic colour applied by hand, which is the usual choice when the gift should show skin tone, jewellery, flowers or a specific saree. Delivery is free across supported Indian destinations. Most PIN codes receive the parcel in about 7–10 days from the original order, covering proof, approval, print, finishing and courier time. Photos, likeness and delivery timing

Likeness depends on the photographs you send and on the proof you approve. If a photograph is blurry, heavily filtered, or the faces are tiny, email support@custom3dstatue.com with the image before checkout. We can tell you whether it is usable or whether a clearer close-up would help.
