Custom 3D statues have no change-of-mind returns. A free remake or refund applies if the item materially differs from the approved proof or is damaged in transit, reported within 48 hours.
Each statue is made to the approved 3D proof from your photos. A remake or refund is not offered solely because you change your mind or dislike an approved design when the delivered piece materially matches that proof and has no defect or transit damage.
If the physical piece materially differs from the approved proof, we review the order for a free remake. If a reasonable remake cannot resolve the issue, a refund may be considered.
Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and outer packaging. An unboxing video is helpful but not mandatory. Qualifying transit damage is remade free of charge.
A full refund is available if cancellation is requested before design work begins. Once custom design work starts, the custom-design portion becomes non-refundable. After the first detailed proof is delivered, cancellation or refund is not offered except where required by law or where we fail to deliver the agreed product. Production starts only after the 3D proof is approved (or treated as approved after the review window). If you need to cancel before 3D proof approval, contact support.
